Welcome to Maison de Flores (“Maison de Flores”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Maison de Flores operates this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to you (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

Maison de Flores reserves the right, at our discretion, to accept or decline any order. Your order is not accepted until we have:

  1. Received and successfully processed your payment; and

  2. Sent you an order confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been accepted and processed.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to inform you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Refund / Returns Policy.

You represent and warrant that you are purchasing products solely for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

  • The price charged will be the price in effect at the time you place the order and will be confirmed in your order email.

  2. You are duly authorised to use the payment method;

  3. Charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and

  4. You will pay all charges incurred, including shipping, handling, taxes, and any applicable duties.

All delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers or postal services;

  • Customs or import processing;

  • Strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Any claims for lost or damaged parcels in transit should be made directly with the carrier, although we will always do our best to support you.

Maison de Flores is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, all sales are made directly between you and Maison de Flores. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases from Maison de Flores, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products or services you buy from us.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Maison de Flores.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any products shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You and Maison de Flores agree that the courts of Lisbon, Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
