Each Maison de Flores scarf is a limited-edition piece, carefully hand-finished in Portugal with the utmost attention to detail. Because every item is produced in small quantities and packaged individually, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
However, we want every client to feel completely delighted with their purchase. If your scarf arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our team within 7 calendar days of delivery at orders@maisondeflores.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will carefully review your case and work to resolve it promptly.
Our scarves are produced in limited batches, not mass-produced. Each piece goes through several quality control stages to ensure it meets our high standards before leaving our atelier. Please allow for minor variations that reflect the handcrafted nature of our process — these details make your piece uniquely yours.
Due to the delicate nature of silk and our small-scale production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product details and measurements before placing your order.

In the unlikely event of a production error or quality issue, Maison de Flores may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If your return is approved by our customer service team, the item must be shipped back in its original condition, unused and with all packaging intact (including tissue paper, label, and box).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Maison de Flores cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
All Sample Sale and Archive Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit under any circumstance.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address details, the package may incur additional customs and shipping fees. These costs will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
